TCM1000562 - How to record a Tribunal decision 'Appeal Upheld' in function Maintain Appeal
On the ‘Function Menu�
- select ‘Application� on the toolbar
- select ‘Maintain Appeal� from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data� screen
- enter the customer’s NINO
- select ‘OK�.
If you are taken to the ‘Select Application� screen
- select the appropriate claim version the customer has appealed against by highlighting the entry and selecting ‘OK�. You will be taken to the ‘Select Award� screen
- select the award version the customer has appealed against by highlighting the appropriate entry and selecting ‘OK�. You will be taken to the ‘Maintain Appeal� screen. It will appear with an ‘O� for Open or a ‘C� for Closed. You will be taken to the ‘Maintain Appeal� screen
- select the status ‘Closed� from the ‘Appeal Status� drop down menu
- select the status ‘Appeal Upheld� from the ‘Appeal Result� drop down menu.
If you are not taken to the ‘Select Application� screen
- select the award version the customer has appealed against by highlighting the appropriate entry and selecting ‘OK�. You will be taken to the ‘Maintain Appeal� screen. It will appear with an ‘O� for Open or a ‘C� for Closed. You will be taken to the ‘Maintain Appeal� screen
- select the status ‘Closed� from the ‘Appeal Status� drop down menu
- select the status ‘Appeal Upheld� from the ‘Appeal Result� drop down menu.
