Step 1

To amend the Account Name Details

  • select 鈥楢mend DDI鈥�. The 鈥楢mend Direct Debit Instruction鈥� screen will display
  • enter the amended details in the 鈥楢ccount Name鈥� field
  • confirm with the customer that the details are correct
  • select 鈥楽ave鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥楧DI Details鈥� screen
