Select ‘My Workplace� from the ‘Start Menu�

  • select ‘Corporate Servicesâ€�
  • select ‘Toolsâ€�
  • select ‘ECCSâ€�
  • select ‘Find a customerâ€�
  • select ‘New Searchâ€�
  • enter the customer’s NINO
  • select ‘Searchâ€�
  • select ‘Customer IDâ€�
  • select ‘Complaintsâ€�
  • select ‘Complaint IDâ€�. The name of the person dealing with the case is shown on the ‘Complaint IDâ€� screen.
