Select ‘My Workplace� from the ‘Start Menu�
- select ‘Corporate Services�
- select ‘Tools�
- select ‘ECCS�
- select ‘Find a customer�
- select ‘New Search�
- enter the customer’s NINO
- select ‘Search�
- select ‘Customer ID�
- select ‘Complaints�
- select ‘Complaint ID�. The name of the person dealing with the case is shown on the ‘Complaint ID� screen.
