TCM1000518 - How to check if a customer is a crown servant or NAAFI worker
Step 1
A Crown Servant may have one or more of the following on the tax credits聽system or聽Child Benefit Service
- a BFPO address in either customer鈥檚 address details
- 鈥楩oreign Office鈥� or 鈥楬ome Office鈥� in either customer鈥檚 work details
- any mention of 鈥楢rmy,鈥� 鈥楴avy,鈥� 鈥楳OD,鈥� or 鈥楬MF鈥� in either customer鈥檚 work details.
A NAAFI worker may have the following on the tax credits computer or聽the system containing Child Benefit information聽in either customer鈥檚 work details, 鈥楴AAFI鈥�.
