TCM1000510 - How to check if the customers address is RLS

Changes to previous version - new guidance.

Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu�

  • select ‘Applicationâ€� on the toolbar
  • select ‘Correctionâ€� from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data - Applicantâ€� screen
  • enter the customer’s NINO
  • select the relevant checkbox
  • select ‘OKâ€�.

If you are taken to the ‘Select Application� screen

  • select the relevant claim
  • select ‘OKâ€�. You will be taken to the ‘Applicant Detailsâ€� screen
  • go to Step 2.

If you are taken to the ‘Select Application Version� screen

  • select the relevant claim version
  • select ‘OKâ€�. You will be taken to the ‘Applicant Detailsâ€� screen
  • go to Step 2.

If you are taken straight to the ‘Applicant Details� screen, go to Step 2.

On the ‘Applicant Details� screen

Note: If the ‘Signals� screen displays, select ‘OK�.

  • select ‘Addressâ€�. You will be taken to the ‘Address Changeâ€� screen
  • the customer’s address will be RLS if the ‘RLSâ€� checkbox is selected.
