Step 1

Access the HMRC Intranet Homepage

  • select 鈥楬ow do I?鈥� on the toolbar
  • select 鈥楪et communications help鈥� from the left hand column
  • select 鈥楻esources and templates鈥� from the left hand column. You鈥檒l be taken to the page
  • select 鈥楩ax鈥� under 鈥楬ow do you want to talk to your customer?鈥�. You will be taken to a section called 鈥樷�橣ax templates and helpcards鈥�
  • select 鈥楽tandard fax Dual鈥�
  • select 鈥極pen鈥�
  • you鈥檝e opened the HMRC fax template.
