TCM1000502 - How to check if account details are held for the payment recipient

Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu�

  • select ‘Applicationâ€� on the toolbar
  • select ‘Viewâ€� from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data - Applicantâ€� screen
  • enter the customers NINO
  • select the ‘Allâ€� checkbox
  • select ‘OKâ€�.

If you are taken to the ‘Select Application� screen

  • select the relevant claim
  • select ‘OKâ€�. You will be taken to the ‘Application Summaryâ€� screen
  • go to Step 2.

If you are taken to the ‘Select Application Version� screen

  • select the latest claim version
  • select ‘OKâ€�. You will be taken to the ‘Application Summaryâ€� screen
  • go to Step 2.

If you are taken straight to the ‘Application Summary� screen, go to Step 2.

On the ‘Application Summary� screen

  • select ‘Navigationâ€� on the toolbar
  • select ‘Paymentâ€� from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Payment Detailsâ€� screen
  • check if account details are held for the payment recipient

Note: The nominated recipient is shown in the ‘Payment Nomination and Frequency� field and the account details are shown in the ‘Applicant 1 and/or Applicant 2 Bank Details� fields.
