Step 1
On the 鈥楩unction Menu鈥�
- select 鈥楢pplication鈥� on the toolbar
- select 鈥榁iew鈥� from the options available. You鈥檒l be taken to the 鈥楰ey Entry Data - Applicant鈥� screen
- enter the customer鈥檚 NINO
- select the 鈥楲atest鈥� checkbox
- select 鈥極K鈥�.
If you鈥檙e taken to the 鈥楽elect Application鈥� screen
- select the relevant claim
- select 鈥極K鈥�. You鈥檒l be taken to the 鈥楢pplication Summary鈥� screen
- go to Step 2.
If you鈥檙e taken to the 鈥楽elect Application Version鈥� screen
- select the relevant claim
- select 鈥極K鈥�. You鈥檒l be taken to the 鈥楢pplication Summary鈥� screen
- go to Step 2.
If you鈥檙e taken straight to the 鈥楢pplication Summary鈥� screen, go to Step 2.
Step 2
On the 鈥楢pplication Summary鈥� screen, the received date of the claim will be shown in the 鈥楧ate Application Received鈥� field.
