Step 1
On the ‘Function Menu�
- select ‘Application� on the toolbar
- select ’Maintain Appeal� from the options available. You’ll be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data� screen
- enter the customer’s NINO
- select ‘OK�. You’ll be taken to the ‘Select Award� screen
- select the award with an open appeal
Note: This will be the award with an ’O� in the ‘Appeals� column.
- select ‘OK�. You’ll be taken to the ‘Maintain Appeal� screen
- select ‘Closed� in the ‘Appeal status� field
- select ‘OK�. The appeal is now closed.
