TCM1000437 - How to check for the date a household breakdown was applied

Step 1
On the ‘Function Menu�
- select ‘Award� on the toolbar
- select ‘View� from the options available. You’ll be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data� screen
- enter the customer’s NINO
- select the ‘All� checkbox
- select ‘OK�. You’ll be taken to the ‘Select Award� screen
- select the award version that has the same date in the ‘Award End Date� column as the date the household breakdown happened
- select ‘OK�. You’ll be taken to the ‘Award Summary� screen
- select ‘Navigation� on the toolbar
- select ‘View Application� from the options available. You’ll be taken to the ‘Application Summary�
- in the ‘Application� field, the date the household breakdown was applied will be shown in the ‘Date Received� field.
