TCM1000437 - How to check for the date a household breakdown was applied

Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu�

  • select ‘Awardâ€� on the toolbar
  • select ‘Viewâ€� from the options available. You’ll be taken to the ‘Key Entry Dataâ€� screen
  • enter the customer’s NINO
  • select the ‘Allâ€� checkbox
  • select ‘OKâ€�. You’ll be taken to the ‘Select Awardâ€� screen
  • select the award version that has the same date in the ‘Award End Dateâ€� column as the date the household breakdown happened
  • select ‘OKâ€�. You’ll be taken to the ‘Award Summaryâ€� screen
  • select ‘Navigationâ€� on the toolbar
  • select ‘View Applicationâ€� from the options available. You’ll be taken to the ‘Application Summaryâ€�
  • in the ‘Applicationâ€� field, the date the household breakdown was applied will be shown in the ‘Date Receivedâ€� field.
