TCM1000406 - How to check the start date of an award

Step 1
On the ‘Function Menu�
- select ‘Household� on the toolbar
- select ‘View Claim Summary� from the options available. You’ll be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data� screen
- enter the customers NINO
- select the ‘All� checkbox
- select ‘OK�.
If you’re taken to the ‘Select Individual� screen
- select the relevant claim
- select ‘OK�. You’ll be taken to the ‘View Claim Summary - Initial� screen
- go to Step 2.
If you’re taken to the ‘Select Application� screen
- select the relevant claim
- select ‘OK�. You’ll be taken to the ‘View Claim Summary - Initial� screen
- go to Step 2.
If you’re taken the ‘Select Award� screen, the start date of the award is shown in the ‘Award Start Date� column.
If you’re taken to the ‘View Claim Summary - Initial� screen, go to Step 2.
Step 2
On the ‘View Award Summary - Initial� screen, the start date of the award is shown in the ‘Ent Start Date� field.
Note: If the ‘View Award Summary - Signals� screen displays, select ‘Cancel�. You’ll be taken back to the ‘View Award Summary - Initial� screen.
