Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu�

  • select ‘Householdâ€� on the toolbar
  • select ‘View Claim Summaryâ€� from the options available. You’ll be taken to the ‘Key Entry Dataâ€� screen
  • enter the customers NINO
  • select the ‘Allâ€� checkbox
  • select ‘OKâ€�.

If you’re taken to the ‘Select Individual� screen

  • select the relevant claim
  • select ‘OKâ€�. You’ll be taken to the ‘View Claim Summary - Initialâ€� screen
  • go to Step 2.

If you’re taken to the ‘Select Application� screen

  • select the relevant claim
  • select ‘OKâ€�. You’ll be taken to the ‘View Claim Summary - Initialâ€� screen
  • go to Step 2.

If you’re taken the ‘Select Award� screen, the start date of the award is shown in the ‘Award Start Date� column.

If you’re taken to the ‘View Claim Summary - Initial� screen, go to Step 2.

On the ‘View Award Summary - Initial� screen, the start date of the award is shown in the ‘Ent Start Date� field.

Note: If the ‘View Award Summary - Signals� screen displays, select ‘Cancel�. You’ll be taken back to the ‘View Award Summary - Initial� screen.
