Step 1

On the 鈥楩unction Menu鈥�

  • select 鈥楢ward鈥� on the toolbar
  • select 鈥榁iew鈥� from the options available. You鈥檒l be taken to the 鈥楰ey Entry Data鈥� screen
  • enter the customer鈥檚 NINO
  • select the relevant checkbox
  • select 鈥極K鈥�.

If you鈥檙e taken to the 鈥楽elect Individual鈥� screen

  • select the relevant claim
  • select 鈥極K鈥�. You鈥檒l be taken to the 鈥楢ward Summary鈥� screen
  • go to Step 2.

If you鈥檙e taken to the 鈥楽elect Award鈥� screen

  • select the relevant award
  • select 鈥極K鈥�. You鈥檒l be taken to the 鈥楢ward Summary鈥� screen
  • go to Step 2.

If you鈥檙e taken straight to the 鈥楢ward Summary鈥� screen, go to Step 2.

On the 鈥楢ward Summary鈥� screen, select 鈥楥TC鈥� in the 鈥楾ax Credit Type鈥� field to confirm the amount of Child Tax Credits the customer is in receipt of.
