TCM1000378 - How to access NTC Listing to view details of a duplicate child record

Step 1

On the 鈥楩unction Menu鈥�

  • select 鈥榃orklist鈥� on the toolbar
  • select 鈥楴TC Listing鈥� from the options available. You鈥檒l be taken to the 鈥楴TC Listing鈥� screen
  • select 鈥�000001鈥� in the 鈥楽election鈥� field
  • select 鈥楶re-award Duplicate Child Listing鈥� in the 鈥楲isting Type鈥� field. The 鈥楶re-award Duplicate Child Listing鈥� screen will populate with a list of duplicate child records
  • select the record you want to view
  • select 鈥樷�橠etails鈥� from the options available. You鈥檒l be taken to the 鈥楲isting Entry Details鈥� screen.
