TCM1000373 - How to check that an award version has been created for a WTC upfront complex case

Step 1

On the 鈥楩unction Menu鈥�

  • select 鈥楢pplication鈥� on the toolbar
  • select 鈥榁iew鈥� from the options available. You鈥檒l be taken to the 鈥楰ey Entry Data - Applicant鈥� screen
  • enter the customer鈥檚 NINO
  • select the 鈥楢ll鈥� checkbox
  • select 鈥極K鈥�.

If you鈥檙e taken to the 鈥楽elect Application鈥� screen

  • select the claim with the status of 鈥楢ward Issued鈥�
  • select 鈥極K鈥�. You鈥檒l be taken to the 鈥楢pplication Summary鈥� screen

Note: Follow the next option if you鈥檙e taken to the 鈥楽elect Application Version鈥� screen.

If you鈥檙e taken to the 鈥楽elect Application Version鈥� screen

  • select the appropriate version
  • select 鈥極K鈥�. You鈥檒l be taken to the 鈥楢pplication Summary鈥� screen
  • go to Step 2.

If you鈥檙e taken straight to the 鈥楢pplication Summary鈥� screen, go to Step 2.

On the 鈥楢pplication Summary鈥� screen

Note: If the message 鈥楥omplex Claim鈥� displays, select 鈥極K鈥�.

  • select 鈥楩ile鈥� on the toolbar
  • select 鈥楴ext鈥� from the options available. You will be taken to the 鈥楩unction Menu鈥�
  • select 鈥楢ward鈥� on the toolbar
  • select 鈥榁iew鈥� from the options available. You will be taken to the 鈥楢ward Summary鈥� screen.

Note: If the message 鈥楥omplex Claim鈥� displays, select 鈥極K鈥�.

If the message 鈥楴o matching record found for Award Version table鈥� displays, a payment schedule hasn鈥檛 been set up for the award version.

If no message displays, a payment schedule has been set up for the award version.
