TCM1000346 - How to check if there is an earlier rejected claim

Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu�

  • select ‘Applicationâ€� on the toolbar
  • select ‘Viewâ€� from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data - Applicantâ€� screen
  • enter the customer’s NINO
  • select the ‘Allâ€� checkbox
  • select ‘OKâ€�.

If you are taken to the ‘Select Application� screen, checking the ‘Received Date� and ‘Status� columns will tell you whether there is an earlier rejected claim.

If you are taken to the ‘Select Application Version� screen, there is no earlier claim.

If you are taken to the ‘Application Summary� screen, there is no earlier claim.
