TCM1000346 - How to check if there is an earlier rejected claim

Step 1

On the 鈥楩unction Menu鈥�

  • select 鈥楢pplication鈥� on the toolbar
  • select 鈥榁iew鈥� from the options available. You will be taken to the 鈥楰ey Entry Data - Applicant鈥� screen
  • enter the customer鈥檚 NINO
  • select the 鈥楢ll鈥� checkbox
  • select 鈥極K鈥�.

If you are taken to the 鈥楽elect Application鈥� screen, checking the 鈥楻eceived Date鈥� and 鈥楽tatus鈥� columns will tell you whether there is an earlier rejected claim.

If you are taken to the 鈥楽elect Application Version鈥� screen, there is no earlier claim.

If you are taken to the 鈥楢pplication Summary鈥� screen, there is no earlier claim.
