Step 1

On the 鈥楩unction Menu鈥�

  • select 鈥楢pplication鈥� on the toolbar
  • select 鈥楥hange of Circumstances鈥� from the options available. You will be taken to the 鈥楰ey Entry Data鈥� screen
  • enter the customer鈥檚 NINO
  • select the 鈥楲atest鈥� checkbox
  • select 鈥極K鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥楢pplicant Details鈥� screen

Note: If the 鈥楽ignals鈥� screen displays, select 鈥極K鈥�.

  • select 鈥榁iew鈥� on the toolbar
  • select 鈥楢pply Free Format鈥� from the options available. You will be taken to the 鈥楢pply Free Format鈥� screen where any details recorded on the 鈥楩ree Format鈥� screen will be shown.
