Changes to previous version - new guidance

Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu�

  • select ‘Applicationâ€� on the toolbar
  • select ‘Correctionâ€� from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Dataâ€� screen
  • enter the customer’s NINO
  • select the ‘Allâ€� checkbox
  • select ‘OKâ€�.

If you are taken to the ‘Select Application� screen

  • select the relevant claim
  • select ‘OKâ€�. You will be taken to the ‘Applicant Detailsâ€� screen
  • go to Step 2.

If you are taken straight to the ‘Applicant Details� screen, go to Step 2.

Step 2

On the ‘Applicant Details� screen

  • select ‘Pm1â€� or ‘Pm2â€� on the toolbar, as appropriate. You will be taken to the ‘Payment Detailsâ€� screen
  • select ‘Deleteâ€�

Note: If the bank account details need deleting for both customers in a joint claim, repeat the above to delete the account details for the second customer.

  • select ‘OKâ€�. You will be taken to the ‘Amend Finishâ€� screen
  • don’t complete the ‘Amend Finishâ€� screen at this point, just return to the guidance you were previously following.
