TCM1000259 - How to check if a household breakdown is recorded

Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu�

  • select ‘Applicationâ€� on the toolbar
  • select ‘Correctionâ€� from the options available you will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data - Applicantâ€� screen
  • enter the customer’s NINO
  • select the ‘Allâ€� checkbox and select ‘OKâ€� you will be taken to the ‘Select Applicationâ€� screen
  • select the relevant claim to highlight it
  • select ‘OKâ€� you will be taken to the ‘Amend Application - Applicant Detailsâ€� screen
  • select ‘Household Detailsâ€� from the toolbar
  • the ‘Household End Reasonâ€� field will show ‘Household Breakdownâ€� if a Household End has been applied

If the reason ‘Household Breakdown� is not shown in the ‘Household End Reason� field

  • a household breakdown date has not been recorded for this application

If the reason ‘Household Breakdown� is shown in the ‘Household End Reason� field

  • a household breakdown date has been recorded, the date in the ‘Household End Dateâ€� field will show the date of the Household breakdown
