Step 1
On the ‘Function Menu�
- select ‘Application� on the toolbar
- select ‘View� from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data - Applicant� screen
- enter the customers NINO
- select the ‘All� checkbox
- select ‘OK�.
If you are taken to the ‘Select Application� screen
- select the relevant claim
- select ‘OK�. You will be taken to the ‘Application Summary� screen
- go to Step 2.
If you are taken to the ‘Select Application Version� screen
- select the latest version of the claim
- select ‘OK�. You will be taken to the ‘Application Summary� screen
- go to Step 2.
If you are taken straight to the ‘Application Summary� screen, go to Step 2.
Step 2
Selecting ‘Continue� on each screen will take you to the next screen. The screens you will be taken to are as follows, where you can check the details on the claim
- the ‘Application Summary� screen
- the ‘Applicant 1 Additional Information� screen for the first customer
- the ‘Applicant 2 Additional Information� screen for the second customer, if there is one
- the ‘Application Information� screen
- the ‘Children� screen
Note: When checking the youngest child’s date of birth, use ‘Application Change of Circumstances� to check for a responsibility end date. - the ‘Applicant 1 Work� screen for the first customer, if they are in work
- the ‘Applicant 2 Work� screen for the second customer, if there is one and they are in work
- the ‘Income� screen
- the ‘Payment� screen.
