On the 鈥楩unction Menu鈥�

select 鈥楢pplication鈥� on the toolbar
select 鈥楥orrection鈥� from the options available. You will be taken to the 鈥楰ey Entry Data - Applicant鈥� screen
enter the customer鈥檚 NINO
select the 鈥楲atest鈥� checkbox
select 鈥極K鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥楢pplicant Details鈥� screen
select 鈥楥h鈥� on the toolbar. You will be taken to the 鈥楥hild Details鈥� screen
select the relevant child or young person
select 鈥楥orrection鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥楥orrection Child鈥� screen
select the 鈥楻esponsibility - History鈥� checkbox
select 鈥楬istory鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥楬istory鈥� screen
select 鈥楴ew鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥楴ew鈥� screen
enter the date responsibility for the child or young person started in the 鈥楽tart Date鈥� field
select 鈥極K鈥�
where the message 鈥�1 month restriction applied to include from date. Check if correct鈥� displays, select 鈥極K鈥�. You will be taken back to the 鈥楬istory鈥� screen
select the period you want to change
select 鈥楥hange鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥楥hange鈥� screen
enter the date responsibility for the child or young person started in the 鈥業nclude From鈥� field
select 鈥極K鈥�. You have set the child responsibility include from date on the post award failed claim.
