TCM1000238 - How to check if the ‘Refer to Local Recovery� marker has been set
Step 1
Open the ‘Interim Single Sign On� icon
- select ‘AMBS O/P Rec Officer�. You will be taken to the ‘AMBS - Function Menu� screen
- select ‘Household� on the toolbar
- select ‘View Overpayment� from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data - Applicant� screen
- enter the customer’s NINO
- select ‘OK�
If you are taken to the ‘Select Award� screen
- highlight the relevant award
- select ‘OK�. You will be taken to the ‘View Overpayment� Screen
- go to Step 2.
If you are taken straight to the ‘View Overpayment� screen
- go to Step 2.
Step 2
On the ‘View Overpayment� screen
- select ‘Details�. You will be taken to the ‘View Overpayment - Direct� screen
- select ‘Maintain Overpayment�. You will be taken to the ‘Maintain Overpayments� screen
- go to Step 3.
Step 3
On the ‘Maintain Overpayment� screen, the ‘Refer to Local Recovery� box will indicate if the marker has been set or not.
