TCM1000217 - How to check the date of a household breakdown

On the 鈥楩unction Menu鈥�

  • select 鈥楢pplication鈥� on the toolbar
  • select 鈥榁iew鈥� from the options available. You will be taken to the 鈥楰ey Entry Data - Applicant鈥� screen
  • enter the customer鈥檚 NINO
  • select the 鈥楢ll鈥� checkbox
  • select 鈥極K鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥楽elect Application鈥� screen
  • select the claim affected by the household breakdown
  • select 鈥極K鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥楽elect Application Version鈥� screen
  • select the latest version of the claim
  • select 鈥極K鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥楢pplication Summary鈥� screen
  • the date of the household breakdown will be shown when the 鈥楬ousehold Breakdown鈥� signal screen displays.
