TCM1000208 - How to sort and filter a work list

Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu�

  • select ‘Worklistsâ€� on the toolbar
  • select ‘Maintainâ€� from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Maintain Worklistâ€� screen
  • select the relevant work list from the ‘Worklist Typeâ€� field
  • select the relevant MU from the Management Unit field
    Note: See TCM0322460 for the correct MU number or your manager will be able to provide you with the relevant work list details and MU number.
  • select ‘Sort Filterâ€�. You will be taken to the ‘Sort and Filter Worklist Entriesâ€� screen
  • select the relevant sort reason from the ‘Sort - Worklist Entry by Column nameâ€� field
  • select the relevant filters from the
    • ‘Filter 1 - Worklist Entry by Column nameâ€� field
      and, if appropriate
    • ‘Filter 2 - Worklist Entry by Column nameâ€� field
  • select the ‘Ascendingâ€� or ‘’Descendingâ€� checkbox, as appropriate from the ‘Sort Orderâ€� field
  • complete the following fields under the ‘Filter 1 - Worklist Entry by Column nameâ€� and ‘Filter 2 - Worklist Entry by Column nameâ€� fields, as appropriate
    • ‘From Valueâ€� and ‘To Valueâ€�
    • ‘From Dateâ€� and ‘To Dateâ€�
    • ‘From Numberâ€� and ‘To Numberâ€�
  • select ‘OKâ€�. You will be taken to the ‘Maintain Worklistâ€� screen, which will show all the work items in the order that you have sorted and filtered them.
