Step 1

On the 鈥楩unction Menu鈥�

  • select 鈥楬ousehold鈥� on the toolbar
  • select 鈥榁iew Account鈥� from the options available. You will be taken to the 鈥楰ey Entry Data - Applicant鈥� screen
  • enter the customer鈥檚 NINO
  • select the 鈥楲atest鈥� checkbox
  • select 鈥極K鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥榁iew Award Period Summary鈥� screen

  • check the following

    • where there are no amounts shown in the 鈥楢ward鈥� field 鈥榃TC鈥� and 鈥楥TC鈥� columns, the claim is a nil award
    • where there are amounts shown in the 鈥楧irect payments made up to today鈥� and / or 鈥楧irect payments still to be made鈥� fields 鈥榃TC鈥� and / or 鈥楥TC鈥� columns, the claim is in payment.
