Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu�

  • select ‘Householdâ€� on the toolbar
  • select ‘View Accountâ€� from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data - Applicantâ€� screen
  • enter the customer’s NINO
  • select the ‘Latestâ€� checkbox
  • select ‘OKâ€�. You will be taken to the ‘View Award Period Summaryâ€� screen
  • check the following

    • where there are no amounts shown in the ‘Awardâ€� field ‘WTCâ€� and ‘CTCâ€� columns, the claim is a nil award
    • where there are amounts shown in the ‘Direct payments made up to todayâ€� and / or ‘Direct payments still to be madeâ€� fields ‘WTCâ€� and / or ‘CTCâ€� columns, the claim is in payment.
