Step 1
On the ‘Function Menu�
- select ‘Household� on the toolbar
- select ‘View Account� from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data - Applicant� screen
- enter the customer’s NINO
- select the ‘Latest� checkbox
- select ‘OK�. You will be taken to the ‘View Award Period Summary� screen

check the following
- where there are no amounts shown in the ‘Award� field ‘WTC� and ‘CTC� columns, the claim is a nil award
- where there are amounts shown in the ‘Direct payments made up to today� and / or ‘Direct payments still to be made� fields ‘WTC� and / or ‘CTC� columns, the claim is in payment.
