Step 1
On the ‘Function Menu�
- select ‘Application� on the toolbar
- select ‘Capture Current� from the options available. You’ll be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data - Applicant� screen
- enter the customer’s NINO
- select ’OK�. You’ll be taken to the ‘Applicant 1� screen
Note: If the ‘Signal� screens displays, select ‘OK�.
- enter the telephone number in the ‘Telephone Number� fields
- select ‘Sm� on the toolbar. You’ll be taken to the ‘Summary Information� screen
- select ‘OK�. You have updated the telephone number.
