TCM1000175 - How to obtain the customer’s telephone number when the claim is pre-award

Step 1
If you are working a work list entry, go to Step 3.
If you aren’t working a work list entry, go to Step 2.
Step 2
On the ‘Function Menu�
- select ‘Application� on the toolbar
- select ‘Capture Current� from the options available. You’ll be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data - Applicant� screen
- enter the customer’s NINO
- select ’OK�. You’ll be taken to the ‘Applicant 1� screen
Note: If the ‘Signals� screen displays, select ‘OK�.
- any telephone numbers we hold for the customer will be shown in the ‘Telephone Number� fields
- if you need to find a telephone number for customer 2
- select ‘Continue�. You’ll be taken to ‘Applicant 2 Additional Information� screen
- any telephone numbers we hold for the customer will be shown in the ‘Telephone Number� fields.
Step 3
On the ‘Maintain Worklist� screen
- select ‘File� from the toolbar
- select ‘Next Function�. You’ll be taken to the ‘Work Management - Select Next Function� screen
- select ‘View Application�. You’ll be taken to the ‘Application Summary� screen
- select ‘Continue�. You’ll be taken to ‘Applicant 1 Additional Information� screen
- any telephone numbers we hold for the customer will be shown in the ‘Telephone Number� fields
- if you need to find a phone number for customer 2
- select ‘Continue�. You’ll be taken to ‘Applicant 2 Additional Information� screen
- any phone numbers we hold for the customer will be shown in the ‘Telephone Number� fields.
