Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu�

  • select ‘Applicationâ€� on the toolbar
  • select ‘Verification Failuresâ€� from the options available. You’ll be taken to the ‘Key Entry Dataâ€� screen
  • enter the customer’s NINO
  • select OK. You’ll be taken to the ‘Manage Verification Failuresâ€� screen
  • select the verification failure you want to view.
