TCM1000133 - How to update the ICT database

Step 1

  • access the ICT database
  • select 鈥業mport SEES鈥�
  • select 鈥極K鈥�
  • select 鈥楬ow Many Items Unprocessed鈥�. The number of items will be displayed
  • select 鈥榮tart鈥�. A box advising 鈥楩inished Processing鈥� will appear
  • select 鈥極K鈥� on that box
  • select 鈥榠nbox鈥�. This shows referrals ready to be worked that require a phone call.
