If you are not accessing CMA for the first time, go to Step 3.

On the desktop

  • select start

  • select ‘contact centresâ€�
  • select ‘NTC CMAâ€�
  • go to Step 4.

  • select start
  • select ‘NTC CMAâ€�
  • go to Step 4.

Step 4

  • select ‘continueâ€�
  • select ‘take a callâ€�
  • select ‘caller typeâ€� ‘CABâ€�
  • enter the customer’s NINO in the reference number box
  • select ‘proceedâ€�
  • select ‘passâ€� on ‘nameâ€�, ‘D.O.Bâ€� and ‘current addressâ€�
  • select ‘proceedâ€�
  • select ‘passâ€� on ‘nameâ€� and ‘Date of birthâ€� of child
  • select ‘proceedâ€�
  • select ‘wrap upâ€� in the top right hand corner
  • select ‘general enquiryâ€� in the subject
  • select ‘advice givenâ€� in the second subject
  • select reason ‘caller requesting infoâ€�
  • select action ‘NTC updateâ€�
  • select ‘addâ€�
  • add the relevant note in the ‘notesâ€� box
  • select ‘call completeâ€�.
