Step 1

On the ‘Function� Menu

  • select ‘Worklistâ€� on the toolbar
  • select ‘View Linked Work Itemsâ€� from the options available
  • enter the customer’s NINO
  • select ‘OKâ€�.

If you’re taken to the ‘Select Household� screen

  • select the relevant claim
  • select ‘OKâ€�.

If an ‘Unprocessed S17� work list item does display, make a note of the MU number.

If an ‘Unprocessed S17� work list item doesn’t display, there isn’t an ‘Unprocessed S17� work list item.
