Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu�

  • select ‘Householdâ€� on the toolbar
  • select ‘View Claim Summaryâ€� from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Dataâ€� screen
  • enter the customer’s NINO
  • select ‘OKâ€�.

If you are taken to the ‘Select Individual� screen

  • select the relevant claim
  • select ‘OKâ€�.

If you are taken to the ‘Select Application� screen

  • select the relevant claim
  • select ‘OKâ€�.

If you are taken to the ‘Select Award� screen

  • select the relevant award period
  • select ‘OKâ€�.

If you are taken to the ‘View Claim Summary - Signals� screen

  • select ‘Cancelâ€�. You will be taken to the ‘View Claim Summary - Initialâ€� screen
  • note the entry in the ‘Apn Statusâ€� field.
