TCM1000105 - How to check if the RLS signal has been set

Changes to previous version - new guidance

Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu�

  • select ‘Awardâ€� on the toolbar
  • select ‘Viewâ€� from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data - Applicantâ€� screen
  • enter the customer’s NINO
  • select the relevant checkbox
  • select ‘OKâ€�.

If you are taken to the ‘Select Household� screen

  • select the relevant household
  • select ‘OKâ€�. You will be taken to the ‘Select Awardâ€� screen
  • go to Step 2.

If you are taken straight to the ‘Select Award� screen, go to Step 2.

Step 2

On the ‘Select Award� screen

  • select the relevant award
  • select ‘OKâ€�. You will be taken to the ‘Award Summary - Sterlingâ€� screen
  • in the ‘Signalsâ€� field, check the ‘RLS App 1â€� and ‘RLS App 2â€� checkboxes for a tick. A tick in these checkboxes indicates the address is marked as RLS for that particular customer.
