Step 1

Access TBS

  • select 鈥榁iew Tax Payer Summary Details鈥�
  • select 鈥極K鈥�
  • enter the customer鈥檚 NINO in 鈥榁iew Tax Payer Summary Details鈥�
  • select 鈥榁iew鈥� on the toolbar
  • select 鈥楧esignatory Details鈥� from the options available
  • the 鈥楥urrent Indicators鈥� box will contain a date of death for the customer.
