TCM1000080 - How to check or update the PAD notes

Step 1

If you are in an open record, go to Step 2.

If you are not in an open record, go to Step 3.

Step 2

On the ‘CPT� desktop screen

  • select the ‘POca Control Panelâ€�
  • select ‘View Worklistâ€�. You will be taken to the ‘View Worklistâ€� screen
  • select the record you are working on
  • select ‘open New PADâ€�
  • go to Step 4.

Step 3

In Microsoft Excel

  • select ‘SEESâ€� on the toolbar
  • select ‘xmls Formsâ€� from the options available
  • select ‘Nationalâ€�
  • select ‘POca Requestâ€� from the options available
  • select ‘OKâ€�. You will be taken to the ‘PADâ€� main screen
  • go to Step 4.

Step 4

If you are checking the PAD notes

  • read the notes entered in the PAD notes box
  • take no further action

If you are updating the PAD notes

  • select the PAD notes box
  • enter the standardised message or update followed by your initials
  • click the ‘Saveâ€� macro button at the top left corner of the PAD. You will be taken to the POca Worklist.
  • click the ‘Show Openâ€� macro and double click on the case you are working
  • click the ‘Archiveâ€� macro
  • take no further action.
