TCM1000073 - How to check if tax credits are currently in payment

Step 1

On the 鈥楩unction Menu鈥�

  • select 鈥楬ousehold鈥� on the toolbar
  • select 鈥榁iew Account鈥� from the options available. You will be taken to the 鈥楰ey Entry Data鈥� screen
  • enter the customer鈥檚 NINO
  • select the 鈥楢ll鈥� checkbox
  • select the 鈥楽ummary鈥� checkbox
  • select 鈥極K鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥楢ward鈥� screen
  • if the dates in the 鈥楢ward Start Date鈥� and 鈥楢ward End Date鈥� columns cover a period that includes the start date of the claim you are working, then tax credits are currently in payment.

Note: In some cases you may need to repeat the above if there is a second customer.
