TCM1000062 - How to update new child details on a pre-award claim

Step 1

On the 鈥楩unction Menu鈥�

  • select 鈥楢pplication鈥� on the toolbar
  • select 鈥楥apture Current鈥� from the options available. You will be taken to the 鈥楰ey Entry Data鈥� screen
  • enter the customer鈥檚 NINO
  • select 鈥極K鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥楥apture Application鈥� screen
  • select 鈥楥h鈥� on the toolbar. You will be taken to the 鈥楥hildren鈥� screen
  • select 鈥楢dd鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥楢dd child details鈥� screen
  • enter the new child details in the relevant fields
  • select 鈥楩inish鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥楥hildren鈥� screen
  • select 鈥楽tore鈥�. You have updated the child details on the pre-award claim
