TCM1000038 - How to refer a case to the International Claims IN team

Step 1

On the 鈥楩unction Menu鈥�

  • select 鈥榃orklists鈥� from the toolbar
  • select 鈥楳aintain鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥楳aintain Worklist鈥� screen
  • select the relevant 鈥榃orklist Type鈥� drop down menu
  • select the relevant MU from the 鈥楳anagement Unit鈥� drop down menu
  • select 鈥楽ort Filter鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥楽ort and Filter Worklist Entries鈥� screen
  • select 鈥楻EFERENCE鈥� from the drop down list under 鈥榝ilter 1鈥�
  • enter the customer鈥檚 NINO into the 鈥楩rom Value鈥� field
  • enter the customer鈥檚 NINO into the 鈥楾o Value鈥� field
  • select 鈥極K鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥楢MBS - Maintain Worklist鈥� screen
  • select the case
  • select 鈥楾ransfer鈥�. You will be taken to the 鈥楾ransfer Worklist Entry鈥� screen
  • enter the MU you are transferring the case to
  • select 鈥極K鈥�.
