Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu�

  • select ‘Applicationâ€� on the toolbar
  • select ‘Correctionâ€� from the options available
  • enter the customer’s NINO
  • select the relevant checkbox for ‘Latestâ€�, ‘Allâ€� or ‘Periodâ€�
  • select ‘OKâ€�
  • if you are taken to the ‘Select Applicationâ€� screen, select the relevant claim
  • select ‘OKâ€�. You’ll be taken to the ‘Amend Applicationâ€� screen
  • if you receive a ‘Signalsâ€� pop up box, Select ‘OKâ€�,
  • select ‘Addressâ€�. You’ll be taken to the ‘Address Changeâ€� screen
  • select ‘Yesâ€� in the ‘RLSâ€� checkbox
  • select ‘OKâ€�
  • if a warning message displays, select the relevant response
  • select ‘OKâ€�, to go to the ‘Amend Finishâ€� screen
  • enter the date of the correspondence in the ‘Received Dateâ€� box
  • enter the relevant option in the ‘Sourceâ€� box
  • enter ‘Designatory Changesâ€� in the Reasonâ€� box
  • select ‘OKâ€�
