TCM1000019 - How to override the PY-1 incompatibility failure

Step 1

On the 鈥楩unction Menu鈥�

  • select 鈥楻enewal鈥� on the toolbar
  • select 鈥楥apture Renewal Declaration鈥� from the options available. You will be taken to the 鈥楧eclaration鈥� screen
  • enter 鈥楶aper鈥�, 鈥楾elephone鈥� or 鈥楧igital鈥櫶齛s appropriate in the 鈥楥hange Source鈥� field
  • select the 鈥楶rocess鈥� button
  • select the 鈥榊es鈥� or 鈥極K鈥� button for all warning messages. The computer will be updated with the actual income details for PY-1 that have been captured from the Annual Declaration (AD).
