Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu�

  • select ‘Applicationâ€� on the toolbar
  • select ‘Change of Circumstancesâ€� from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Amend Applicationâ€� screen
  • select ‘Householdâ€� on the toolbar
  • select ‘Detailsâ€� from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Household Detailsâ€� screen
  • check the ‘Household End Reasonâ€� field. This will tell you the reason for the household ending.
