Step 1

On the 鈥楩unction Menu鈥�

  • select 鈥楢pplication鈥� on the toolbar
  • select 鈥楥hange of Circumstances鈥� from the options available. You will be taken to the 鈥楢mend Application鈥� screen
  • select 鈥楬ousehold鈥� on the toolbar
  • select 鈥楧etails鈥� from the options available. You will be taken to the 鈥楬ousehold Details鈥� screen
  • check the 鈥楬ousehold End Reason鈥� field. This will tell you the reason for the household ending.
