TCM1000007 - How to check for the correct award version

Step 1

On the ‘Worklist Entry Details� screen

  • select the relevant entry on the work list
  • select ‘Fileâ€� on the toolbar
  • select ‘Next Functionâ€� from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Work Management - Select Next Functionâ€� screen
  • select ‘Manage Finalisationâ€� from the options
  • select ‘OKâ€� You will be taken to the ‘Select Tax Credit Periodâ€� screen
  • select the year of the claim that is to be finalised (normally PY)
  • select ‘OKâ€�. You will be taken to the ‘Manage Finalisationâ€� screen
  • note the start and end date shown in the ‘Household Detailsâ€� field. This will tell you the correct award version
  • select ‘Cancelâ€�. You will be taken back to the ‘Function Menuâ€�.
