PAYE96335 - Reconcile individual: simple assessment: interaction with ETMP

The Simple Assessment process is triggered in NPS聽when an underpayment from an end of year reconciliation聽that聽cannot be coded.聽 NPS interaction with ETMP system is:聽聽

  • The underpayment is 鈥榮ent to ETMP鈥� from NPS as a method of聽passing responsibility for collection to ETMP.聽
  • ETMP聽sends NPS:聽聽
  • 础听肠丑补谤驳别听谤别蹿别谤别苍肠别.听听
  • A聽payment due date.聽聽
  • Receipt of the charge reference and due聽date triggers the PA302 output for the tax year聽
  • NPS will update the Accounting/ Financial Details聽to 鈥楥ollected鈥� and 鈥楽ent to ETMP鈥�.聽

When an existing Simple Assessment charge is amended or cancelled NPS will notify ETMP of the updated reconciliation result.聽
