PAYE25056 - Employer records: employer mailings: prospective employer pack issue (Action Guide)
To take the appropriate action when a customer requests that a Prospecive Pack is issued to them, follow steps 1 -5 below. The Guide is presented as follows

Initial action
1. Use EBS to access the Function Description Menu and select the 鈥楶rospective / Starter pack鈥� option
2. Select the [Prospective Employer] button
3. Use the 鈥楽earch鈥� button to complete the Employer Name and Address fields
4. Select (tick) the 鈥楶rospective Pack鈥� field

5. The pack will automatically be issued by the HMRC mailing contractor
