Sector specific registration exemptions do not need to apply for a business to be out of scope of the听Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017听(MLR 2017)听if听it is not trading 听鈥�by way of business鈥�. 听
