ECSH32731 - Enterprise Tax Management Platform

Enterprise Tax Management Platform (ETMP)听is听directly linked听to the online registration system accessed by a Government Gateway Account. It is used by other lines of business.听There is a video showing how to use ETMP on the Videos and Presentations page of the听Capability and Learning Zone SharePoint.听

ETMP can be used to view the application form听submitted听by the business.听

Authorisations use ETMP to:听

  • Send secure communications to the business government gateway account.听听
  • Approve听or听reject听an application for supervision.听
  • Check a听customer's听account balance and fees.

  • Compliance听and Authorisations caseworkers will use ETMP to听cancel a registration and听raise and听maintain听penalty charges.听听

Compliance caseworkers听must听confirm if any changes have been made since听a听case was packaged听and throughout a case.听Before contacting a business, you听must听check听ETMP for听any changes to听registration details, for example:听

  • Key personnel and contact information.
  • Addresses and听number of premises.听
  • Whether the听business听has recently听deregistered,听or its registration has been cancelled (for example, for non-payment of fees).听
  • Whether the听business听has听made changes to its supervised activities.听
  • If the听business听has听any associations, for example听agents.听
  • The correct fees have been applied/paid, for example for the听number of responsible persons听who have听applied for fit and proper/approvals.
  • If听the听business听has听submitted听its听annual declaration听and paid its annual fee.
