Part 14A CTA 2009 is a subsidy scheme made in compliance with the 听(SCA 2022).听

In compliance with the SCA 2022, HMRC has published details of the scheme on the UK鈥檚 subsidy transparency database - View subsidies awarded by UK public authorities - 188体育 (www.gov.uk).听 HMRC will also publish details of certain individual subsidies听over the value of 拢100,000听awarded under the scheme, as required by the legislation.听
