FAO1913 | HMRC Finance no longer issue the form but use a Controlled Access Folder (CAF) instead to electronically notify the responsible CT office or Banking Operations of cancellation of a payable order on the �1913� spreadsheet. This spreadsheet is completed when the responsible CT office or Banking Operations Initiate the cancellation of the payable order but do not request authority to issue a fresh payable order |

RF1449A / RF1960 | HMRC Finance issues both of these forms with a covering letter to notify the responsible CT office or Banking Operations that a payable order has been intercepted by a third party with instructions to reissue the payable order |
