The following forms and spreadsheets are relevant to cancelled payable orders.

| FAO1913 | HMRC Finance no longer issue the form but use a Controlled Access Folder (CAF) instead to electronically notify the responsible CT office or Banking Operations of cancellation of a payable order on the 鈥�1913鈥� spreadsheet. This spreadsheet is completed when the responsible CT office or Banking Operations Initiate the cancellation of the payable order but do not request authority to issue a fresh payable order |
| FAO1913B | HMRC Finance no longer issue the form but use a CAF to electronically notify the responsible CT office or Banking Operations of cancellation of a payable order and provide authority to issue a fresh one on the 鈥�1913鈥� spreadsheet. This spreadsheet is completed when HMRC Finance initiate the cancellation of the payable order |
