Child Benefit (General) Regulations 2006, regulation 1, (3)

The 鈥楥onnexions Service鈥� means arrangements made by the Secretary of State with any person under any of the following:

  • section 114(2)(a) of the Learning and Skills Act 2000
  • section 10(1) of the Employment and Training Act 1973
  • section 114(2)(b) of the Learning and Skills Act 2000
  • section 10(2) of the Employment and Training Act 1973
