BEER2020 - Registration: Adjacent premises
Section 41A(4) of ALDA allows premises adjacent to the brewery or packaging premises to be included in the registration of premises for holding beer in duty suspense. 鈥楢djacent鈥� is to be interpreted as within a radius of 5 kilometres of the production or packaging premises included in the registration.
