Report harm or give feedback about your test

How to give feedback about your rapid lateral flow, PCR or saliva test kit, including reporting harm or reactions you had when you did the test.

You can give feedback about your NHS rapid lateral flow test kit, PCR test kit or saliva (spit) test kit.

If anything in your test kit is damaged or missing, do not use it. You鈥檒l need to use another test kit.

If you鈥檝e been harmed or had a reaction using the test kit, report it to us as soon as possible.

Your feedback will help us improve our testing services.

What happens after you report harm

The UK Health Security Agency, the test kit manufacturer or a medical specialist may investigate the problem depending on how serious it is. It鈥檒l be recorded to help prevent similar incidents in future, even if it鈥檚 not investigated.

You鈥檒l only be contacted if you need to provide more information.
